TERMS OF USE

By using this site or creating a member dossier, you agree to these terms. Short version: be honest, post only what's yours, and drive like an adult.

Membership

• You must be 18 or older to create an account.
• You're responsible for your account and everything posted from it. Keep your password to yourself.
• We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms, at our discretion.

Your content

• You keep ownership of everything you post — photos, bios, build sheets, all of it.
• By publishing a dossier, you grant Engsta Rides a license to display that content on the platform and in club promotion (e.g. featuring your dossier on the home page).
• Only post content you have the right to use. No stolen photos, no other people's builds presented as yours.
• No illegal content, harassment, hate speech, or doxxing. This includes the comments you make about other drivers.

Affiliate links — disclosure

Gear sections on member dossiers may contain affiliate links. If you buy something through one of these links, the member who posted it (and/or the club) may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Members are responsible for complying with FTC disclosure requirements for links they post.

Driving

Engsta Rides celebrates car culture — on public roads that means obeying traffic laws. Nothing on this platform is an encouragement to street race, speed, or drive recklessly. Track stats and build specs describe vehicles, not invitations. You are solely responsible for how you drive.

Third-party content

Spotify previews, external store pages, and social profiles are operated by their respective owners. We don't control and aren't responsible for them.

No warranty

The platform is provided “as is.” We work hard to keep it running but don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we're not liable for lost content or indirect damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be noted on this page with a new “last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
