April Playlist: Loud, Restless, and Ready to Rip

April Playlist: Loud, Restless, and Ready to Rip

Winter is finally in the rearview mirror. The days are getting longer, the weather is getting better, and that means one thing around here: it is time to quit staring at screens, quit making excuses, and go for a drive.

This month’s Engsta Rides playlist is built for exactly that.

It is for those evenings when you leave work, roll the windows down, turn the volume up, and drive with absolutely nowhere specific to be. It is for the backroads, the empty highways, the quick “I’m just going to grab lunch” drive that somehow turns into an extra hour behind the wheel.

April’s playlist is a mix of raw energy, darker vibes, and songs that hit hard when you need to clear your head and disappear for a little while. Some tracks are loud. Some are emotional. Some make you want to bury the throttle and chase the horizon.

Tracks Leading the Charge

One of the songs setting the tone this month is “Abyss” by YUNGBLUD. It has that perfect combination of chaos, emotion, and pure energy. The kind of song that feels right blasting through the speakers when the road opens up in front of you and you forget about everything else for a while.

"Abyss", is loud, messy, emotional, and exactly the kind of track that belongs on a playlist made for driving with no destination.

Then there is “Creating Myself” by Obsidian Swing.

Brings a darker, heavier mood to the playlist. It feels like the soundtrack to those late-night drives when your mind is racing, the roads are empty, and the only thing that makes sense is another mile.

Those two tracks help define the mood for April, but they are only the beginning. With a 27 different tracks to listen to...I'm pretty sure you will find your windows down, volume up song to cruise to.

Other songs filling out this month’s playlist bring the same kind of energy: loud guitars, dark beats, big choruses, and enough attitude to make any drive feel better.

Songs that make you want to take the long way home

Songs that sound better with the windows down

Songs that belong on a backroad with no traffic and no plans

Songs that remind you why driving is not just transportation

Because around here, it has never just been about getting from one place to another.

It is about the feeling.

The sound of the engine.

And that moment when everything else fades away.

So queue up the April playlist, grab the keys, and go make an excuse to take a drive.

Need one? Lunch. Coffee. Gas. Doesn’t matter. We both know you were looking for a reason anyway.

Until next time...
